The movies:
1. A beautiful Mind. This movie is a biography of Noble Prize winning economist and mathematician John Forbes Nash. The movie revolves around a mathematics genius, John Nash who suffers from Schizophrenia. Three years ago when I watched this movie for the first time I was in awe with the main character’s wife. In fact for me, she was the main character. This movie teaches you alot of things but what caught my mind the most was the true meaning of love. This movie teaches you that love is not shallow. You don’t need a perfect partner for your lovestory or love life to be perfect. True love is when you stand by their side even on their worst. If you like biographical, drama and romance kinda stuff this movie is worth watching. I think no matter how hard I try my words won’t do any justice to it.
2. The Persuit of Happiness. It’s one of my favourite movies. This movie taught me basically every important life lesson one could ask for. If you truly believe in yourself, there’s nothing more you need. You can rise above from anything and everything. Never give up on your dream no matter what it is. Sometimes life is tough but all you need is to have courage to handle every situation.
3. Inception. It is a movie in which you have you keep your sensory organs open and wide the whole time lol. You might have to re-watch the movie because it’s just so intelligent and genius that you might not understand it in the first go. Christopher Nolan’s movie are always a 10/10 for me. The cinematography, editing, storyline, casts everything is just flawless. If you love sci-fi I highly recommend this movie.
There are so many movies that I would love for all of you to watch like Interstellar, Source Code, Forest Gump, The Shape of water, La La Land, Cruella, Shutter Island, Titanic, Black Swan, The Departed, Noah, Joker, Lucy, Mystic River, Crazy Stupid Love, Gone Girl, Don’t Breathe, Dead Poet Society etc.
These are some of my personal favourite movies. I am sure I have many more movies but I can’t think of any at this moment. I’ll talk more about my favourite genre in terms of movies in my next blog until then take good care of yourself. Peace:)
